To securely manage and transfer customer data, we use server-side tracking infrastructure hosted by our third-party data processor, Stape.io. This allows us to process data server-side before routing it safely to our ad platforms. You can review Stape’s data handling via the Stape Privacy Policy.

We share customer activity data and personal information with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook). To ensure our marketing is relevant and effective, our site utilizes Meta’s advanced advertising technology, which tracks interactions using the Meta Pixel, advanced matching, and the Conversions API routed via our server-side Stape container. This information helps us optimize our marketing campaigns and build targeted audiences.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Through our display advertising partners at Google and Facebook, we are able to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with this website.

Please note that your information will be transferred outside of the UK, including to Belgium (European Union) where our server-side tracking cloud infrastructure (Stape.io) is hosted, as well as to Canada (Shopify) and the United States (such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Meta) for use in service provider systems which enable Lullebare to operate as a business. We ensure appropriate safeguards, data processing agreements, and security mechanisms are in place for all international transfers.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Changes
